Do you have a ton of buttons laying around the house?  I seem to find them everywhere over here.  It is shocking that we have any buttons left on our clothes with so many being found on the floor!  Here is a round up of some fun craft ideas I found that can be made with all of those stray buttons!

  6. Can't even begin to narrow it down for a favorite. But a highlight for me is the mickey mouse journal book and of course, the card. I have an old button tin passed down from my grammie that is chalk full of buttons. Thanks for the inspiration. Visiting via "Wednesday Round Up"

  27. Are you kidding me?? My father was a dry cleaner by trade and apparently buttons would commonly appear in pockets or fall off coats when he cleaned them, and no one ever needed them to be reattached, or they just forgot them all together!! His hobby happened to be woodworker, and there was not a big connection at that time with using buttons. Needless to say, when his dry cleaning store was about to close, and he knew I was also a crafter...he asked if I wanted any of his button stash! Well of course I took everything he was willing to part with! I now try to attach them to my cards..,but there are still many, many buttons waiting for a place to reside/settle!! Especially Army Uniform Buttons!!
